Donate Business IT Assets

If your business has upgraded its tech, don’t let the old equipment go to waste.

Safety is our priority during the decommissioning process. For any device with a hard drive, we can perform onsite secure data erasure* and provide all the necessary documentation to ensure you stay compliant with privacy standards including PCI, HIPAA, FISMA, CMMC, IRS Publication 1075, SOX, and GLBA. It’s a worry-free way to donate your hardware and help a great cause.

*Cryptographic Erasure is per NIST Special Publication 800-88 Rev. 1
We use ShredOS booted from a USB flash drive. PDF certificates are provided for compliance and audit protection. We cannot currently decommission printers used to print sensitive materials.

Private Donations

We accept donations from individuals. All devices must be in good working order and clean. Some PC hardware is accepted.

Devices with a hard drive will be wiped using professional tools keeping your private data safe.

Donations are not currently tax-deductible. See our status.
